Employment, Training and Economic Development (ETEE)
ETEE's purpose is to help prepare African Americans and others to compete successfully in the workplace and attain economic self-sufficiency. Employment assessment, counseling, job readiness, referral, and placement services are provided. Other services include resume assistance, interview coaching, on-line job search, career workshops, on-site employer interviews, and Diversity Job Fairs.
Services are targeted to unemployed adults, youth, dislocated workers, ex-offenders, and others. Over 15,000 people received employment assistance services in 2004.
